At Highland Fine Art Classes, we focus on learning technical skills for adult learners. Our curriculum is designed specifically to beginners and intermediate artists. The art curriculum we use follows a sequence that builds on each foundational skill: DRAWING, VALUE AND COLOR.

Where are classes held?
Art classes are held in a classroom in the basement of my home. Students will enter from the outside door. The home is located close to Mountain Ridge junior high in Highland Utah.

Meet the Instructor Phoebe Hall
About the artist: After her three kids were grown, Phoebe decided to pursue her lifelong interest in art. She attended an accredited California art school from 2017 to 2019, which taught her art in the way the Old Masters learned. Since then she has attended over a dozen workshops held by professional oil painters. She has 16+ credit hours in advanced art courses through Texas Tech university and Irvine Valley College, California.
