Meet the Instructor:
Phoebe Hall (left) taught Spanish in Texas and California to high school students for seven years.
After her three kids were grown, she decided to pursue her life long interest in art. She attended an accredited California Art School from 2017-2019 which taught her art in the way the Old Masters learned. Since then she has attended over a dozen workshops taught by professional oil painters. She has 20+ credit hours in advanced art courses through Texas Tech University and Irvine Valley College (California).
Some of her favorite artists include: John Singer Sargent, Norman Rockwell, Harry Anderson, Dean Cornwell, William Bouguereau, Daniel Gerhartz, Minerva Teichert and her brother, Scott Rogers.
